Is Addiction Devastating You or a Loved One’s Life?
It’s Time to Save Yourself. Call Station House Retreat Today. It’s Okay to Ask for Help.

First responders put their lives on the line every day to serve and protect us in the event of a disaster or emergency. In doing this, they are forced to observe the suffering and devastation that come in the wake of these events. As a result, many of these brave people turn to drugs and alcohol to cope with the trauma of witnessing such tragedies. At Station House Retreat we recognize the selflessness and sacrifices of first responders and have developed a drug and alcohol treatment program to sensitively treat these heroes with the care and dignity they so richly deserve.

About Station House

About Station House

The Station House retreat was built by First Responders for First Responders. The treatment you receive at Station House goes above and beyond your typical drug and alcohol treatment center. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Anxiety, and Depression are common problems faced by many first responders and Station House has developed a treatment program to specifically deal with these issues. We were originally built by police officers, firefighters, and EMT professionals with the goal of providing their own with a new life, free from addiction.

Treatment Approach

Let’s face it, first responders serve, protect, and rescue complete strangers every day and are often not given the credit or services they deserve for keeping us safe and giving us the peace of mind we take for granted. The trauma of their jobs have left many first responders with demons that they are often ashamed to tell anyone about, due to the negative stigma placed on addiction in this line of work. Station House provides a safe environment that understands these stigmas and allows our clients to heal without the pressure and expectations regularly placed on them in the field.

What Makes Station House Different

Station House Retreat is a unique drug and alcohol rehab program specifically developed for first responders like police officers, EMT’s, firefighters, correctional officers, and dispatchers. The shame placed on addicts in this field is often a reason they don’t seek treatment. We take the shame out of the equation here at Station House and offer a relaxing and safe atmosphere for our clients to get the treatment they need alongside their peers who are dealing with the same issues.

Step 2 — Client-Specific Treatment
Our specialized treatment plan focuses on key issues that affect most first responders. Asking for help is something that many of our clients have problems with. PTSD is also present in many of our clients and we offer specialized treatment in both of these areas, as well as many others, to help our clients learn to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. Each client’s treatment plan is specifically designed to fit their needs so they can begin their journey to a drug and alcohol free life.

Station House is dedicated to helping our clients achieve long-term recovery by offering 12 months of free aftercare support as part of their treatment plan. We will also provide important local resources like first responder support groups and 12-step meetings in their area to help with the transition back to their everyday lives at home.
